Hi there! this is the first post on Statuspal’s young life :) we’ll be using this publication to communicate about new and upcoming features on our beloved platform and of course all things related to status pages & monitoring.

The first step is early downtime detection, we have you covered here: we provide 24/7 monitoring, easy to setup, it will notify you immediately if your service becomes unresponsive.

Second step, status communication: we provide you with fully customizable hosted status page, with minimum configuration you’ll be up and running, and you’ll be able to report incidents so your beloved users know exactly whats going on, they can subscribe to receive notifications so they also know as soon as your site comes back up.

Third, marketing value, having a status page is not just about your site going down, it’s also a great opportunity to show how great of a service you have, with uptime and response time graphs you can display a history of a highly reliable service.
