Service Status Page Migration, IP Range Allow-List and more

v3.57 New feature
December 20, 2022

Migrate service from one status page to another with one click, allow-list IP ranges, owner status page role, and much more!

🌎 IP range allow-listing

It is now possible to allow list allow-list IP ranges, not only network IPs. For example, you can enter values like 192.168.0.0/16 and 2001:abcd::/32 in the “Restrict to IPs” field.

🔀 Migrate service to another status page

As organisations, teams, and product ownership tend to change over time; we realized the need to be able to move a service from one status page to another.

We’ve added a new button under the service form advanced settings:

This new and powerful button will migrate a service and its incidents and subscriptions to a different status page.

👤 Status page owner role

Besides the Admin role, there is now a new role called Owner at the status page level. This new role enables all the permission the Admin role provides, plus the ability to manage status page memberships.

⚙️ Customizable status page active incident position

We’ve added a new setting under your status page’s Design settings, which allows you to change the position at which the current incident is displayed. Below and above the services list are the two options.

🔐 SSO role mapping UI

Configure role provisioning from SAML attributes to automatically assign the correct role to users authenticated via SSO.

You can access this new management UI under your organization security tab.
